Role Description At Prosci we are looking to grow our team of Instructors in Europe to support our growing client base. We need skilled facilitators, focused on creating unforgettable learning experiences for all course and workshop participants, providing them with the tools and techniques needed to lead organisational change initiatives to a successful outcome. All our executive instructors have a passion for change management and client success. With deep business expertise, and a thorough understanding of Prosci’s change management research, methodologies, and tools they deliver a variety of programmes designed to build our clients’ change management capabilities, helping to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organisations across Europe as they navigate business critical change initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Instruct course participants in Prosci’s proprietary change management methodology. Courses will be delivered virtually (from your home desk), in-person at client premises, or at our European public open-enrolment sessions. - Maintain up-to-date mastery of Prosci’s change management products and solutions. - Use a combination of your own career experience and the Prosci methodology to illustrate real-world change management application and answer participant questions about their own change initiatives. - Prepare thoughtfully for sessions to provide incredible learning experiences for all participants. - Work closely with our Account Executives to establish Prosci as a valuable, long-term partner to organisations as they navigate their most critical change initiatives. Qualifications - Hands on experience of leading complex business and technical transformational change across multiple organisations and business sectors. - Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills – you will need to be comfortable teaching classes of up to 20 both in person and virtually. - The ability to draw on examples from your own career to illustrate change management in practice and enrich participant experience. - A track record of successfully engaging with employees undergoing change, practitioners leading change and senior leaders who sponsor change. - Familiarity with a range of change and project management methodologies and approaches, for example PMBOK, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, etc. - Confident user of MS 365, online portals, virtual meeting platforms, presentation, and polling technology. - Bilingual/fluent in Dutch and English. - Educated to degree level or possessing the equivalent years of experience. - A flexible approach to working days is sometimes required, especially when delivering virtual classes. Preferred - An understanding of adult learning theories and techniques. - Prosci Practitioner Certification together with practical experience of applying the methodology and tools. - Professional capability in other European languages would be highly beneficial, especially French or German. - Previous experience of teaching adults in a business environment. As a Telepsychiatrist at OOCA, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in need of mental health care via telemedicine. You will work with a team of mental health professionals to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a remote position, so you will have the freedom to work from home while providing essential mental health services to those in need. Responsibilities - Provide psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses to patients via telemedicine. - Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain thorough and accurate patient records. - Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as needed. - Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of psychiatry. • Provide medical care virtually (both by phone and message) • Provide patient care in alignment with Oscar Medical Group guidelines, practices and policies • Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery • Ensure patient access to VUC services • Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines (e.g. primary care and health assessments)

• Provide virtual based care to Oscar Health Insurance members within designated Oscar states • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients using audio, video, and written forms of communication • Report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care • Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable • Provide feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
