• Realizar levantamento, diagnóstico e modelagem de processos e instruções de trabalho sob a ótica de governança. • Identificar gargalos e propor soluções TO-BE focadas em produtividade e automação. • Construir métricas de desempenho e KPIs baseados em benchmarking setorial. • Elaborar desenhos técnicos utilizando a notação BPMN. • Definir e padronizar políticas e normas organizacionais.
Job Requirements
- Formação: Graduação em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Tecnologia ou áreas afins.
- Experiência: Sólida trajetória (acima de 2 anos) em mapeamento e otimização de processos de negócio (multissetorial).
- Certificações Necessárias:
- CBPP® (Certified Business Process Professional).
- Six Sigma Green Belt (no mínimo).
- Lean ou Lean Six Sigma.
- Desejável: Fluência na ferramenta Bizagi.
- Inglês avançado.
- Certificação ITIL 4 Foundation.
- Conhecimento em Gestão de Projetos (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
- Vivência em projetos de Transformação Digital (RPA, ERPs) e Consultorias
