• Create and lead a centralized portfolio management and planning capability within Operations. • Develop and maintain a single, integrated view of all operational initiatives. • Ensure alignment, prioritization, and sequencing across teams and release cycles. • Provide a single point of engagement and a unified “One Ops” view for roadmap integration. • Establish clear pathways for automation and technology solution requests through a single, visible intake point. • Drive the operational rhythm of the business by coordinating planning activities and creating transparency into priorities.

• Support strategy, planning, and day-to-day operations through project management, research, analysis, and cross-functional coordination • Collaborate closely with internal partners across Growth, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Technical Project Management, often through dotted-line working relationships • Conduct research to support outreach and engagement with counties and states • Track, analyze, and communicate new funding streams, legislative models, and policy programs via presentations, memos, webinars, email, and Slack updates • Manage and maintain legislative tracking in Quorum, providing regular updates to state teams on key elections, major bills, funding opportunities, and policy impacts • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure timely, high-quality completion of collateral for legislators and other outreach initiatives • Support enhancements to pricing methodology and analyze utilization trends for channel partners • Build and maintain market, utilization, and partner models to inform go-to-market strategies • Leverage data, analysis, and modern tools (including AI-enabled solutions) to identify patterns, improve reporting, and support more efficient operational and invoicing workflows • Research and assess new markets and partnership opportunities • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Operations to support existing partnerships, including troubleshooting invoicing, reporting, and operational issues • Coordinate with Technical Project Management to support partnership operations and implementation needs as required

• Lead the end-to-end Provider Submission process • Manage the Roster Management System (RMS) workflow • Provide strategic oversight and execution of Beneficiary Enhancement (BE) and Beneficiary Engagement Incentive (BEI) programs • Direct the development of educational materials and training programs • Oversee mandatory CMS operational tasks • Responsible for CMS-related knowledge management • Manage external resources and contractors during high-volume periods

MCAT Tutor - Boston, MA - Remote OK - Contract   MCAT Tutors help students through the process of preparing for the MCAT examination. Responsibilities: Tutors meet virtually with students one-on-one to assist with content, strategy, and overall preparation for the MCAT. Qualifications: Tutors are typically outstanding college seniors, students taking time off between their undergraduate studies and medical school, or medical/PhD students. All tutors must have: 1. Taken the MCAT in the past three years and achieved a minimum score of 130 in at least three sections (1 score of 129 is accepted). 2. Planning to start medical school in 2025 or after. 3. Have a genuine interest in helping students achieve their goals. Candidates will participate in an orientation and training process prior to being hired.
