• Cold calling – Jij belt prospects en wekt hun interesse in onze IT-diensten. • Leads kwalificeren – Jij achterhaalt de behoeften van klanten en checkt of ze passen bij onze diensten. • Relaties opbouwen – Jij bent de eerste indruk van Resillion en legt de basis voor een succesvolle samenwerking. • Samenwerken met sales – Jij draagt warme leads over aan de accountmanagers voor verdere opvolging. • CRM bijhouden – Je zorgt ervoor dat gesprekken en resultaten netjes worden bijgehouden in ons CRM-systeem. • Gebruik van tools – Je maakt gebruik van Sales Engagement Software, email outreach tools, lead generation tools, en call automation & dialers om je werk efficiënter te maken en de juiste leads te bereiken. • Zelfstandig werken – Jij denkt proactief na over manieren om leads te genereren en past innovatieve technieken toe voor succes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Sales Development Representative (SDR) of in een vergelijkbare cold calling / lead generation rol.
  • Zelfstandig denker – Je kunt zelfstandig werken en hebt een creatieve aanpak om problemen op te lossen.
  • In staat om afwijzing te accepteren – Je blijft gemotiveerd en gefocust, zelfs als niet elke call leidt tot succes.
  • Ondernemersspirit – Je hebt een proactieve en ondernemende instelling, altijd op zoek naar manieren om nieuwe kansen te vinden.
  • Self-starter – Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen succes en werkt zelfstandig aan het behalen van je doelen.
  • Ervaring in de sector is een plus – Heb je ervaring in de IT- of tech-sector? Dan is dat een grote plus!
  • Klaar om geld te verdienen – Je hebt de ambitie om te scoren en je wordt gemotiveerd door de mogelijkheid om goed te verdienen.
  • Tech-savvy – Je hebt ervaring met CRM-software, Sales Engagement Software , email outreach tools , lead generation tools , en call automation & dialers .
  • Communicatief sterk – Je weet hoe je interesse wekt en een gesprek stuurt om de klant te overtuigen.
  • Doelgericht – Je houdt van targets en werkt hard om deze te behalen.
  • Nederlandstalig – Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands is een must.
