• Own the UI automation process for the iOS app and create long-lasting foundations at Fieldwire • Work directly with the iOS team to create new tests • Maintain the existing UI test suite • Ensure high quality releases • Add to the UI framework, write tests, and review scenarios with the iOS team

• Review copy and identify issues with tone and voice, facts or grammar, formatting, punctuation, spelling and messaging • Rate and provide clear in-writing feedback for each deliverable reviewed • Provide quality localization for last-minute or confidential requests • Provide feedback and informed suggestions about terminology or brands • Perform full Quality Assurance (QA) on the different platforms and testing environments • Report and file bugs • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools or features being rolled out • Assist with training of new Testers joining the language team • Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested by Client

• Lead the test automation efforts for a loan origination system using Node, Apollo GraphQL, Angular, Camunda, and a suite of AWS components including but not limited to EKS, Lambda, S3, MSK, and Aurora. • Collaborate with SDETs in the organization. • Design test plans for the system • Create automated end-to-end and contract tests • Create a performance testing framework and run performance tests on the system being developed • Direct junior test engineers in their automated and manual testing efforts • Work with the product team to determine what constitutes an effectively tested system • Contribute as member of an Agile team and promote Agile practices • Proactively collaborate with the Ten Mile team on development and knowledge sharing • Represent yourself and Ten Mile Square with integrity, expertise, and value • Maintain the confidentiality of our clients on an ongoing basis • Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of other Software Engineers in Test

• Blend expertise in software development and testing to ensure quality and reliability of software products • Leverage strong software engineering principles to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in testing processes • Stay abreast of diverse platforms and tools conducive to testing across the SDLC • Establish, enforce, and advocate for cohesive coding, documentation, and testing standards within the team • Engage in Agile methodologies and provide insights for process enhancement • Assume a mentorship role, providing guidance and conducting reviews of code, designs, and documentation
