Job Description

React Developer

HR Ways - Hiring Tech Talent

• Develop and implement user interface components using React JS (both class and function-based components) • Develop reusable components across applications • Use hooks and store to maintain application state • Have good hands-on experience in creating responsive UI using HTML/CSS and other libraries • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create engaging and responsive web applications • Write clean, maintainable code and conduct regular code reviews • Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and user experience • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development experience (React)
  • Experience in frontend performance optimization and scaling React applications
  • Strong expertise in React with experience building complex, scalable frontend applications
  • Proven experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Demonstrated understanding and practice of modern frontend development processes, including pair programming, TDD, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead junior developers on best practices in React and frontend development
  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in understanding the business impact of the product.
