• Contribute to high-level technical designs through collaboration with Senior Engineers. • Lead development of customer-facing shared components GUIs and UX. • Design and write quality code, including documentation of detail-level designs. • Work together with the team and product owner to break features into actionable user stories. • Conduct root cause analysis on defects; ensure fixes are happening in the right way. • Ensure implementation follows the defined architecture. • Collaborate with designers and other engineers to ensure that implementations satisfy requirements. • Test Non-functional features (performance, High Availability, Scalability and Reliability). • Work cooperatively with team members to manage conflict constructively and fosters trust, commitment, and accountability. • Mentor colleagues’ technical development into generalized specialists

• Develop features and improvements to the Scentbird product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way • Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment • Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity • Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment • Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review • Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team ("technical debt"), propose and implement solutions • Represent Scentbird and its values in public communication around specific projects and community contributions • Confidently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members • Collaborate with the team on larger projects

• Design, develop, and document enterprise-grade React applications using TypeScript • Ensure applications perform smoothly across desktop and mobile browsers • Own front-end performance, responsiveness, and usability • Work closely with backend teams on API contracts, error handling, and security • Collaborate with designers to ensure UX feasibility and consistency • Review code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers • Debug complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis • Support and modernize legacy web applications • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) • Work effectively with offshore development teams • Stay current with evolving front-end and web platform technologies
