• Help PostEra deliver on its mission of getting therapies to patients by shaping systems design decisions around our drug discovery platform, Proton. • Keep close to the codebase by helping build and improve the platform upon which our team delivers features. • Lead by example, championing best practices in software development and engineering culture, while also spearheading innovative projects that push the boundaries of drug discovery. • Make well thought out decisions about system architecture, including API design, application boundaries, and microservice communication. • Foster an environment of learning and improvement within our engineering team in which you should strive to build technical rapport with colleagues through coding and code review. • Lead the architectural design and contribute to the development of scalable web applications and microservices. • Mentor engineers, promoting a culture of cross-team collaboration and continuous learning.

• Build and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend UI applications and backend API services. • Own features or components end-to-end, from initial implementation through production support. • Collaborate with product owners and the QA team to deliver clean, performant, and maintainable code. • Participate in biweekly planning meetings, code reviews, architecture discussions, and release planning. • Contribute to deployment pipelines, build tooling, and monitoring/debugging in staging and production environments. • Write unit and integration tests to maintain application quality across the stack. • Participate in on-call rotations and postmortem reviews.

• Own the delivery of motion control features from design to integration, providing a well controlled, safe and comfortable vehicle experience. • Provide input to team roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features. • Work closely with systems engineers to ensure a safe, well tested product is delivered. • Write state of the art software, using modern C++ and Python. Make extensive use of unit testing, simulation, and log simulation. • Spend time on the vehicles to experience in person how motion control features affect truck behavior and aid in performance analysis and tuning of the control algorithms. • Develop motion control methods for real time, resource constrained applications. • Be involved in design and iteration exercises, and help to align stakeholders by using strong presentation and communication skills.

• Own the delivery of TG&C features from design to integration, providing a well controlled, safe and comfortable vehicle experience. • Provide input to team roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features. • Work closely with systems engineers to ensure a safe, well tested product is delivered. • Write state of the art software, using modern C++ and Python. Make extensive use of unit testing, simulation, and log simulation. • Work closely with other Autonomy teams (Constraint Generation, Trajectory Selection, World Fusion, Prediction, ...) to design and deploy robust solutions, encompassing all aspects of autonomous driving. • Be involved in design and iteration exercises, and help to align stakeholders by using strong presentation and communication skills.
