• Support our efforts to attract high-potential candidates for entry-level consulting positions in Central Europe • Monitor incoming applications; review and evaluate application materials • Support the preparation and follow-up of recruitment days and ensure the smooth running of our selection processes • Maintain close contact with our recruiting team in Munich and our interviewers
Job Requirements
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and very good English skills
- Ideally some (initial) experience in recruiting
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, careful approach to work
- Strong communication skills
- Committed and reliable working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office
