Associate Field Service Project Manager

• Lead large-scale automotive telematics deployment projects for key customers. • Manage a network of third-party companies specialized in automotive hardware installation. • Oversee the service department’s budget and monitor expenses including revisions, warranties, and SLAs. • Ensure compliance with service agreements and validate invoicing in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Coordinate and manage complex installations projects requiring tailor-made adjustments. • Present key figures and progress to internal teams. • Enroll and manage 3rd parties Installation partners in the designated area. • Support the Sales department in direct sales projects and contract execution.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in managing projects with knowledge of project management methods.
- Experience with customer facing projects.
- Good communication skills to align with internal and external stakeholders in English and Dutch.
- Driven self-starter with a positive outlook, being flexible and thinking outside the box.
- Your ability to connect with stakeholders, creating relationship and federating people around your goals will be key here.
- MS Office software (especially Excel), Salesforce is a plus.
- Technical affinity for Telematics and related topics to vehicles/technology is a plus.

• Serve as the primary financial contact for company for assigned projects, working closely with Operations and Budgets and Contracts • Reviews Contract/Work Orders and Amendments for assigned projects. Identifying all contractual financial terms and conditions, to be able to invoice the projects timely and correctly • Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues • Financial Quality Control of study visits in the RT system to ensure accuracy of revenue billed to customers • Review study visits, ensuring RealTime is reconciled with the Sponsor/CRO Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system • Ensure all billable items (i.e. non-visit revenue) have been separately invoiced to the Sponsor/CRO, maintain support of all billable items. • Compare current RT revenue to revenue previously recorded to identify any revenue not yet recognized, notifying Director of Revenue Cycle of all revenue adjustments • Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into its ERP, NetSuite, by study • Issue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly basis • Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed • Complete or assist Director of Revenue Integrity with end of study/close-out audits • Additional duties as assigned by management
• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent operational initiatives from intake through completion • Track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across projects • Partner with business and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and dashboards • Support vendor coordination and implementation tracking • Assist with testing, rollout planning, and post-launch stabilization activities • Serve as an internal support backup for GDS platforms related mid-office • Coordinate enhancements, fixes, and workflow improvements with internal teams and external vendors • Assist operational teams with system issue tracking and resolution pathways • Support new feature rollouts, configuration updates, and platform optimizations • Evaluate operational workflows and recommend system or process improvements • Support integrations between internal tools and advisor platforms • Participate in testing cycles for releases impacting advisor technology environments • Act as a coordination hub between operations and product teams • Provide structured updates to leadership on initiative status and risks • Support advisor-facing communications related to system changes and improvements • Recommend enhancements that improve advisor efficiency and service delivery • Support roadmap execution across operational initiatives • Help standardize documentation, workflows, and project practices
