What You’ll Do - Contribute to preparing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. - Organize and maintain project boards to keep tasks visible and updated. - Track project progress to ensure all deadlines are met, escalating issues when necessary. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project schedules. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment and address blockers. - Collaborate with senior team members to balance trade-offs between scope, schedule, and quality. - Test the system or product features before releases to confirm they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards. - Serve as a communication link between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager. - Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clarity on project progress, scope changes, and potential delays. - Work with senior PMs and the development team to estimate effort and resource requirements. - Communicating with and supporting Senior Project Manager
Job Requirements
- Who We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience managing software development projects.
- Basic understanding of web-application development.
- Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
- Understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
- Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow drawing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Successfully completed IT PM courses.
- Desire to understand how the apps are built in details.
- Strong PM theoretical knowledge.
