Senior Google Workspace Administrator

• Administration and configuration of Google Workspace and related services, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, GAM, Vault and third-party integrations. • Implement security best practices, including access control, data loss prevention, and encryption policies within Google Workspace. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements, including GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations. • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and capacity. • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues across Google Workspace and third-party integrations. • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely closure of requests. • Provide training and guidance to end-users and IT staff on effective use of Google Workspace and collaboration tools. • Continuously optimize Google Workspace usage, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration. • Develop and maintain detailed reporting on collaboration tool usage, system performance, and license management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience managing and administering collaboration platforms in an enterprise environment.
- Expertise in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), including administration, security, and third-party integrations.
- Strong knowledge of all things Google Workspace, including configuration, data management, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) integrations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT policies, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues in a large-scale environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support end-users and technical teams.
