Channel Manager

• Achieve sales growth targets for Commercial Graphics products • Develop business with existing and new accounts to increase market share • Build strong, productive relationships with key partner personnel • Coordinate 3M resources to meet partner performance objectives • Deliver profitable sales results and strategic goals within assigned accounts • Lead joint planning with partners, including performance objectives and financial targets • Continuously assess and validate partner needs • Support selling efforts to end users in coordination with partner sales teams • Lead solution development to address end‑user requirements • Collaborate with influencers and end users alongside 3M sales teams • Train and develop channel sales representatives on 3M products • Manage end‑user leads through Salesforce
Job Requirements
- Strong sales experience preferably selling B2B via Distribution/Channel partners
- Strong energy, drive, and commitment to achieving outstanding sales results
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
- Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and performance‑driven
- Analytical, organized, flexible, and innovative
- Tenacious with strong collaboration skills
- Training or coaching experience is an advantage
- Proven record of success
- Fluency in written and spoken English, ideally complemented by proficiency in at least two additional languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not essential
- Experience in the Graphic Market industry
- Knowledge of graphic products and/or related sales experience
- Experience working within a corporate matrix environment
- Strong passion for sales

• Be the voice of the customer within InterPayments.
