Agile Delivery Analyst
Software Mind
• Analyze and document business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis • Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals • Support testing activities by defining test scenarios and validating outputs • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews • Monitor sprint progress and team velocity, identify blockers, and foster resolution • Coach the team in Agile values, principles, and best practices • Promote collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team • Track and report key agile metrics to leadership
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of combined experience as a business analyst or scrum master in agile environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail in defining business needs and user experiences
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI ECP or equivalent agile certification
- Experience working with experienced stakeholders or in regulated domains (ex. health & security)
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering (or similar)
- English to a very high standard written and oral
