Impact You'll Make: As Business Process Capability Development Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of business process capability development in building, scaling, driving adoption, and governing the organization’s strategic process capabilities (Business Process Management, Business Process Intelligence and Reengineering) to support enterprise transformation. This includes managing tools, skills, training, methods, standards, best practices, and governance frameworks, while enabling reusable self-service capabilities and integrating partner ecosystems. The role emphasizes thought leadership, innovation, delivery enablement, and close collaboration with the Design & Solution Delivery team to ensure process capabilities are effectively deployed, evolved, and adopted across the enterprise. You will play a key role in developing innovative integrations and deployment patterns, and conduct prototyping and sandboxing (i.e., “learn fast, learn cheap”) to ensure capability maturity and performance. You will collaborate other Capability leaders and with senior stakeholders across Global Operations, Global Technology, Data Science & Analytics, and Solutions teams to develop and implement scalable integrated solutions that deliver measurable business value. Given the strategic priority of Process Standardization and Automation, this role will also provide help shape the future of intelligent transformation. This is a virtual position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually and from time to time in-person at various TU office locations. Competency Management - Stand up and manage each strategic capability (Business Process Management, Business Process Intelligence and Reengineering, and any other relevant capabilities as needed for CI services) by: - Supporting tool selection process and managing tools and platforms. - Inputting into training and skills development programs. - Establishing methods, standards, best practices, and governance. - Build rich, reusable capabilities that are self-servicing and self-deployable, enabling scalable delivery across transformation programs. - In early-stage capabilities, input into all aspects of capability development including POCs, pilots, and sandboxing. - In mature capabilities, focus on tool management and governance, while collaborating with Design teams on training and standards. - Provide thought leadership and maintain deep domain knowledge to guide capability evolution, adoption, and certification. 2. Ecosystem Integration - Design and manage foundational process platform and solution-specific integrations, in consultation with design and solution delivery teams. - Ensure seamless interoperability between process capabilities and other CI ecosystem capabilities. - Drive tool adoption and integration across the process transformation landscape. - Govern the performance, scalability, and evolution of the process capability ecosystem. - Ensure operational interaction with Global Technology Data Acquisition (GTDA) teams, aligning all developed and deployed process capabilities with enterprise technology and data standards. 3. Delivery Enablement - Ensure seamless execution of agreed process solutions that address real-time business challenges within Global Operations. - Collaborate with other capabilities teams to build solutions in alignment with defined scope, cost, time, and quality parameters. - Support delivery teams with the right process tools, standards, and reusable assets to accelerate execution. - Monitor and support delivery performance, ensuring process capabilities are effectively applied in transformation programs. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Closely collaborate with the Design & Solution Delivery team to ensure alignment between process capability development and deployment. - Support process solution design and execution by being a tooling subject matter expert - Participate in feedback loops between design and competency teams to continuously refine and mature process capabilities.
