• Investigate and diagnose issues related to unstable Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connections on Windows-based computers • Focus on connection drops, instability with multiple concurrent BLE connections, GATT notification latency and packet loss • Provide architectural recommendations for application-side changes

Role Description We are looking for skilled MEP BIM modellers to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can deliver efficient and innovative engineering solutions while maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards expected in luxury developments. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating engineering design of luxury villas and boutique hotels engineering systems. You should be able to work independently throughout the day, coordinate with the team when needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly. You will report to a MEP design manager, but collaborate with the entire design team, including but not limited to: - Architects - Interior designers - Structural engineers - FF&E procurement team - Client representatives We expect you to have experience in MEP BIM modeling in different stages of the design development, be able to produce schematic, detailed design, tender documentation and formal design submissions. This is a full-time day job with expected involvement up to 40 hours a week. Qualifications - Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, BIM, Digital Construction or a related discipline - 3 to 6 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor - Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 / ACCRevit and AutoCAD - Professional level of English, both written and verbal Requirements - Support the Design engineering team on systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards - Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other engineers to integrate systems seamlessly into the overall project - Produce detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD and BIM tools - Oversee equipment selection and BIM integration, ensuring it aligns with project requirements and sustainability goals - Provide input during value engineering discussions to achieve the best balance between cost, quality, and performance - Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and regulations related to BIM in engineering systems

• Help develop detailed commissioning proposals and scope documents based on client RFPs, design drawings, and specifications. • Lead pre-commissioning planning sessions with stakeholders to establish testing protocols, acceptance criteria, and project milestones. • Manage, perform and document holistic (Level 0 – Level 6) factory and onsite commissioning activities for the mechanical and control systems infrastructure. • Execute comprehensive commissioning of mission-critical systems including CRAH units, chilled water plants, central cooling plants, dry coolers, liquid cooling systems and advanced server rack containment strategies and associated controls and monitoring systems. • Develop system and equipment specific functional performance tests and integrated systems testing protocols. • Create detailed commissioning plans, test procedures, and comprehensive final reports meeting industry standards (ASHRAE Guideline 0 or similar). • Document deficiencies using structured tracking systems and oversee resolution through substantial completion. • Help direct cross-functional commissioning teams of 2-8+ commissioning engineers and technicians. • Coordinate with project stakeholders (design engineers, contractors, facility operators, and client representatives) throughout the project lifecycle from the design phase through transition to operations.
