• Handle and troubleshoot requests from tech support and internal teams, including root cause analysis of complex issues (HTTP flows, API errors, web integrations, browser/client-side errors, performance problems). • Standardize solutions, prepare and maintain clear instructions and playbooks for L1 and L2 engineers. • Investigate product bugs and customer-facing errors, participate in their resolution together with Product and Engineering teams. • Proactively analyze logs to identify root causes, performance bottlenecks, and unusual patterns. • Analyze existing problems in production systems and set well-defined tasks for Engineers to fix them. • Automate routine and repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency. • Take part in on-call duties for incidents and help improve our monitoring, alerting, and response processes.
Job Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with **Jira** at the administrator level.
- Ability to work with logs and monitoring tools to investigate product and system issues(Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).
- Knowledge and use of tools to automate administrative tasks.
- English B1 or higher.
- Understanding of software development principles and fundamentals.
- Experience writing simple** SQL queries.**
- Process management skills, ability to work in a team, proactivity.****
- Nice to have:**
- Experience with **Google Cloud**.
- Experience writing scripts in **Bash, Python, Golang.**

Role Description We are looking for skilled MEP BIM modellers to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. This role requires a creative and technical professional who can deliver efficient and innovative engineering solutions while maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards expected in luxury developments. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating engineering design of luxury villas and boutique hotels engineering systems. You should be able to work independently throughout the day, coordinate with the team when needed, and deliver intermediate results weekly. You will report to a MEP design manager, but collaborate with the entire design team, including but not limited to: - Architects - Interior designers - Structural engineers - FF&E procurement team - Client representatives We expect you to have experience in MEP BIM modeling in different stages of the design development, be able to produce schematic, detailed design, tender documentation and formal design submissions. To succeed in this role, you should have: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Punctuality - Detail-oriented approach - Intelligence and motivation to deliver results Expertise in international building codes and engineering is beneficial for this position. This is a full-time day job with expected involvement up to 40 hours a week. We work normal central European time zone (CET) working hours 9-17 or 10-18, and we expect you to participate in daily team's meetings. • Help develop detailed commissioning proposals and scope documents based on client RFPs, design drawings, and specifications. • Lead pre-commissioning planning sessions with stakeholders to establish testing protocols, acceptance criteria, and project milestones. • Manage, perform and document holistic (Level 0 – Level 6) factory and onsite commissioning activities for the mechanical and control systems infrastructure. • Execute comprehensive commissioning of mission-critical systems including CRAH units, chilled water plants, central cooling plants, dry coolers, liquid cooling systems and advanced server rack containment strategies and associated controls and monitoring systems. • Develop system and equipment specific functional performance tests and integrated systems testing protocols. • Create detailed commissioning plans, test procedures, and comprehensive final reports meeting industry standards (ASHRAE Guideline 0 or similar). • Document deficiencies using structured tracking systems and oversee resolution through substantial completion. • Help direct cross-functional commissioning teams of 2-8+ commissioning engineers and technicians. • Coordinate with project stakeholders (design engineers, contractors, facility operators, and client representatives) throughout the project lifecycle from the design phase through transition to operations.
