• As a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics, you will build the analytics foundation enabling fast, confident, and measurable decisions. • Own the full product analytics lifecycle: defining product success metrics, shaping instrumentation strategies, building canonical datasets, etc. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into every release. • Define the questions, build frameworks to answer them at scale, and help operationalize Product Analytics as a core capability.

• Continuously improve risk, credit limit, collections, and regulatory models. • Build and monitor the performance of solutions. • Establish control metrics that ensure model performance. • Expand monitoring of customer behavior in the context of the credit framework. • Develop cloud data-processing solutions to deploy models into production. • Actively collaborate with stakeholders — Engineering, Product, Risk, Marketing, and Credit Desk — to build the best technical solutions, always with a customer focus.

• Play a crucial role in transforming data into models that provide actionable insights and drive key decision-making processes. • Work on diverse projects, from data exploration and cleaning to building sophisticated machine learning models. • Help solve complex business and customer problems and enhance our services.
