• Perform site-level and long-term wind resource assessments, including 8760 development, wind flow modeling, uncertainty analysis, and long-term reference station selection. • Stay current on industry best practices for wind measurements, modeling methodologies, and instrumentation. • Evaluate wind turbine technologies and support turbine selection based on site conditions and project objectives. • Design, optimize, and microsite turbine layouts in collaboration with civil, electrical, EPC, and construction teams, balancing performance, environmental, and constructability constraints. • Plan and execute meteorological tower and remote sensing campaigns, including siting strategy and installation coordination. • Prepare site condition inputs and interface with turbine supplier engineering teams, including power curve testing coordination. • Support permitting, financing, and due diligence by providing wind resource, layout, shadow flicker, noise, avian, and turbine evaluation inputs. • Assess capital expenditure sensitivity related to turbine layout, spacing, and design changes. • Review balance-of-plant designs with a focus on wind turbine generator optimization and overall project efficiency. • Maintain technical ownership of wind resource and layout deliverables, coordinating internal teams and external consultants as appropriate.

• Support a federal agency’s technical division and act as a subject matter expert for technical matters associated with the agency’s real property portfolio that includes facilities and supporting infrastructure. • Utilize subject matter expertise to deliver solutions to engineering requirements for DHS projects to include both new construction and maintenance and repair of existing real property. • Communicate with senior leadership; engineering subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers and facility managers about issues and solutions regarding project requirements. • Perform quality assurance reviews of design documents and engineering studies and provide associated technical recommendations. • Review project progress from an engineering perspective, measuring performance and proposing necessary corrective actions to maintain agreed-upon requirements. • Travel to project sites at geographically dispersed locations nationwide as required to verify progress of work, ensure conformity with specifications and accepted engineering practices, attend program management reviews and contribute to technical Integrated Project Teams • Provide engineering inputs to cost estimates; utilize value engineering analysis as needed. • Assist with all aspects of facility development, including planning, programming, design and construction phases. • Provide input on appropriate standards, and guidelines, as well as interpretation and compliance for building code and regulations. • Collaborate with other personnel including other architects, engineers, project managers, facility managers, planning and budget staff. • Oversee the implementation and execution of engineering projects as needed. • Work with service providers including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and other outside contractors to ensure acceptable delivery of project services.

• Lead and execute system-based projects, including scripting to automate processes and creating system documentation and diagrams • Provide system administration and configuration for mission applications and software • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based operating systems • Participate in Change Board and Technical Review Board meetings • Implement Change Requests based on customer requirements • Management of on-premises and cloud system environments • Collaborate with Operations Support, Network Infrastructure, Security Infrastructure, Project teams, Operations, and Product teams on Change, Incident, Problem, and Risk Management • Resolve complex issues during business hours, off-hour escalations, or maintenance activities • Proactively monitor system performance and plan for capacity needs • Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades and patches on servers, workstations, and network equipment • Create and modify scripts to perform various tasks

• Provide senior-level technical support for IBM z/OS mainframe systems • Perform problem determination and resolution, including system dump analysis • Collaborate with team members and vendors to capture and analyze system dumps • Install, maintain, and customize operating systems and third-party ISV system software • Configure, debug, and maintain TCPIP and VTAM subsystem configurations • Participate in the installation, implementation, and performance testing of IBM z/OS Parallel Sysplex systems • Manage LPAR environments and ensure the reliability and integrity of large-scale systems • Work closely with technical teams, internal stakeholders, and vendor support to ensure seamless roll-out of new systems
