• Engage in full-lifecycle development: scoping, design, implementation, documentation, and deployment of our game application. • Collaborate with back-end engineers on server-dependent game features. • Adhere to studio development guidelines, maintain code style and architecture, and communicate effectively with the development team. • Perform in-depth client code analysis to identify and resolve complex bugs and performance issues. • Create technical design documents to guide stakeholders and engineers on software design principles. • Liaise with game teams to understand and meet their specific requirements. • Excel in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to the development process.
Job Requirements
- Experience developing mobile games using Unity3D.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and automated testing frameworks, including unit tests.
- Proven software engineering expertise within the gaming industry.
- Skilled in integrating gameplay feedback through iterative prototyping.
- In-depth knowledge of game mechanics and design fundamentals.
- Team player, able to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and developers.
- Dynamic, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, thriving in innovative environments.
- Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Game Designer to join and help us on our adventure to make great player-centric experiences! This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the EU or Turkey. Join a globally distributed team working at the forefront of game innovation. We’re looking for creative, self-driven, and collaborative problem-solvers. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop core-loops, systems, gameplay, and rewards for casual/hybrid casual games. - Own feature designs and drive it through the production cycle into release and live-ops. - Collaborate with Design & Product Management to brainstorm, design, and iterate on features. - Collaborate with UX and UI to build wireframes and flows that accentuate the feature design. - Work with developers to ensure that designs are translated into code as per spec. - Develop post-launch/live-ops features by integrating events to support the game throughout its life-cycle. - Pitch, communicate, and maintain a holistic view of the game design to facilitate production and vet ideas. - Pitch and suggest ideas that can help overcome complex problems to create a better player experience. - Deconstruct competitor game systems, loops, & features.
