Role Description We’re building the next evolution of Fruit Ninja, and we’re looking for a creative and data-driven Level Designer to help define its gameplay. You'll craft levels that keep players engaged, challenged, and coming back for more. Location: Remote - open to all EU locations Type: Full time Responsibilities - Design and iterate fun, satisfying levels for a progression-based slicing game - Own level pacing, difficulty balance, and progression - Playtest and analyze player behavior to improve level flow - Work with the product team to prototype new mechanics and ideas - Ensure every level fits the game’s tone, pacing, and quality bar Qualifications - Prior experience designing levels for mobile F2P games - Understanding of gameplay balancing, onboarding, and player retention - Comfort using in-house tools or level editors - High attention to detail and ability to iterate based on feedback - Clear communicator and team collaborator - English is the primary working language; candidates must be fluent in spoken and written English Benefits - Market competitive tax-free USD salaries - Paid Time Off - Performance Bonus - Annual Performance Reviews
