Manager, Master Data Management
BridgeBio
• The Master Data Management (MDM) Manager will report directly to the Head of Ex-US Supply Chain and will work remotely from the Netherlands. • The MDM Manager is responsible for executing the Master Data Management implementation roadmap. • Defining and maintaining standards, improving existing MDM processes, and effective operational execution of the Master Data within BridgeBio’s enterprise systems. • This role supports Launch and Life Cycle Management activities. • The MDM Manager will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Packaging, Commercial Manufacturing, Quality, Finance & IT Business partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of Master Data concepts, particularly in domains such as Material, CMO Production & Quality
- Proven experience in managing Master Data processes in SAP (S4/HANA is a plus)
- Strong and clear understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry best quality practices
- Experience supporting product launches & Life Cycle Management activities
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in documentation, presentation and analytical tools (Microsoft Office, PowerBI, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years Supply Chain Experience
- Life Science industry, experience with commercial products is a plus
