• Design and build product features for enterprise customers, such as AI-powered anomaly detection for payment fraud and account takeovers, granular access control and identity management, and bring-your-own-key encryption. • Work closely with cross-functional product and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and ship thoughtful solutions. • Work closely with our customers’ security teams (e.g., Discover, Snowflake, and Anthropic) to understand their needs and learn how they assess risk. • Build guardrails, tooling, frameworks, and automation to empower software engineers to ship secure changes and prevent vulnerabilities from reaching the main branch. • Design and build scalable frontend applications and components.

• The Security Solutions Executive is responsible for the growth of the security business within a given territory of SHI’s Enterprise sales segment. • Proactively leverage SHI data, alongside partner information, to identify and generate security sales opportunities and meetings with security customers. • Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert to build a pipeline and close security deals. • Drive security growth for SHI by profiling, qualifying, and meeting with Enterprise customers. • Engage with Enterprise sales and technical teams to initiate the product sales cycle, qualify opportunities, and close open pipeline. • Strategically partner with company sales leadership and account executives to execute the growth strategy for Security products. • Work collaboratively with company sellers, internal resources, and service partners in delivering long-term value to our customers.

• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM, including alert triage, correlation validation, and escalation handling • Execute incident response activities: triage, containment coordination, evidence capture, and support for root-cause analysis • Operate and manage EDR tooling: policy management, alert handling, containment actions, and endpoint investigation support • Support vulnerability management execution: scanning coordination, triage, remediation tracking, and verification • Perform basic threat hunting and proactive detection improvements based on observed patterns and recurring incidents • Maintain incident response playbooks, operational SOPs, and case documentation with high-quality reporting • Support ISO 2700, SOC 2, PCI/DSS operational compliance through evidence collection, reporting, and control execution • Coordinate with platform, network, and application teams to resolve security events within defined timelines and processes

• Serve as the technical security lead for PCI Pharma • Responsible for security architecture, application security, vulnerability management, and security engineering across enterprise and manufacturing environments • Combine hands-on technical work with strategic security advisory • Ensure protection of pharmaceutical intellectual property, patient data, and compliance with industry regulations • Design and implement security architecture for cloud (Azure, AWS), on-premises, and hybrid environments • Lead application security program including SAST/DAST integration, secure code reviews, and developer training • Manage enterprise vulnerability management using Nessus • Architect and maintain Zero Trust security framework • Conduct security assessments for new applications and infrastructure changes • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions
