- Develops moderately complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, or other strategic/data/analytic initiatives of moderate complexity - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements - Creates detailed documentation and business plans that address stakeholder needs - Liaises between IT and Product Management for data solutions - Develops and implements moderately complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies that utilize various data marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting - Continuously works to improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging and changing business demands and guidelines - Consults with limited guidance from Principal on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings - Uses intermediate understanding of data elements, structures, standards typically involved in financial services transactions, reporting, and cloud-based data storage/sharing to adopt and apply standards in a way that satisfies and balances regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs - Manages data from multiple sources and uses project management skills to complete moderately complex projects with minimal coaching and guidance - Transmits data and proactively works to ensure data quality - Troubleshoots data issues and devises creative and effective ways to avoid or mitigate issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in insurance or financial services
- Experience creating data visualizations using Power BI
- Skilled in ad hoc analysis, data modeling, and applying machine learning techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Cognos ReportNet, OBIEE Answers, BusinessObjects, STATISTICA (preferred), or similar systems
- Proficient with complicated queries using SQL
- Proficient with scripting tools and languages (batch files and VBA for Excel)

Role Description We are seeking a Data Center CAD & 3D Modeling Intern to support the DCIM team in standardizing and improving facility documentation across Cologix’s growing data center portfolio. This role is designed for a student with strong AutoCAD and 2D drafting skills who is interested in gaining hands-on experience working with real-world architectural and electrical drawings in a supportive, guided environment. The intern will assist with converting existing drawings from multiple sites into newly defined Cologix CAD standards. These drawings originate from different acquisitions and engineering firms, providing a unique opportunity to learn how documentation is unified and maintained at an enterprise scale. Exposure to 3D models, LiDAR data, and digital twin concepts will be provided as part of the learning experience, but advanced 3D skills are not required. This internship will run for up to 10 weeks, up to 40 hours per week, commencing on or around June 1st and concluding by August 7th.
