About the Position: A Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU), from sourcing and interviewing to placement. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, managing a higher volume of placements, and leading recruitment efforts to meet organizational hiring goals, as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with COA’s, to ensure a positive candidate experience and support redeployment efforts. Note: While this role is posted at the Recruiter level, we welcome applicants with a wide range of experience — including those with senior‑level expertise. Candidates with more advanced recruiting backgrounds may be considered for higher‑level opportunities depending on experience, skills, and business need.
