Live Stream Sales Host

Protac Inc.

• Be the on-camera face of live shopping sessions, engaging audiences with high energy and authenticity • Learn, prepare, and present a wide variety of products, share seller stories and bring to life what makes each brand unique • Drive entertaining, interactive sessions that encourage viewer engagement, questions, and purchases • Demonstrate products live, answer audience questions in real-time, and tailor presentation style to the audience • Help track basic performance from your segments and suggest improvements to enhance future shows • Perform other duties as assigned in support of live shopping content and community engagement

Job Requirements

  • Confident, natural and charismatic presence on camera
  • Eager to learn about many different products and industries and tell those stories with clarity and excitement
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt tone and style depending on product or audience
  • Comfortable multitasking in live settings: speaking, engaging viewers, and responding to feedback in real time
  • Self-starter with a learning mindset. You’re ready to pick up new product knowledge and new technologies fast
  • Based in Los Angeles with flexibility to travel to sellers locations in your surrounding area
  • Experience in hosting, live streaming, performance, broadcast, sales, content creation, or related fields for WhatNot, Poshmark, or TikTok
  • Familiarity with livestream platforms and live shopping formats
  • Tech savvy and able to quickly adapt to the platform interface during live streams

Key Responsibilities - Territory Sales Support: Support sales efforts for fuel-saving aerodynamic technologies across an assigned territory, working with fleets and truck/trailer dealerships. - Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, maintenance teams, and dealership partners under the guidance of senior sales leaders. - Dealer Support & Training: Assist with dealer education and product training to help dealers effectively present solutions to fleet customers. - Sales Presentations: Participate in live product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars for customers and dealer partners. - CRM Management: Accurately update customer and prospect activity in CRM tools. - Travel: Travel to customer sites, dealer visits, and trade shows (approximately 50% travel, plus some tradeshow weekends).
