• Mantener y enriquecer un CRM de ventas para manejar leads, comunicaciones y follow-ups para concretar nuevos clientes • Trabajar con marketing en crear funnels activos y pasivos de leads • Adoptar y mejorar los playbooks de ventas de la organización, incluyendo presentaciones, materiales de venta y resultados analíticos • Construir las bases del área de Ventas — este rol es fundador y tu enfoque va a sentar las bases del equipo futuro.
Job Requirements
- Experiencia comprobable en gestión de cuentas B2B, idealmente en el rubro tech, recruiting, SaaS o servicios profesionales
- Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con excelente manejo interpersonal
- Capacidad para llevar múltiples relaciones en simultáneo, con foco en satisfacción y expansión comercial
- Buena presencia en reuniones, tanto con clientes actuales como con potenciales
- Manejo excepcional de inglés (oral y escrito) (B2+ o C1)
- Bonus: experiencia en ventas B2B
