• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial scoping and planning to execution and final delivery. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, and production) to allocate resources, set priorities, and manage workloads. • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource needs, and risk assessments. • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met, and proactively address any potential roadblocks or delays. • Maintain a keen understanding of client objectives, ensuring all project deliverables align with their goals and expectations. • Lead regular check-ins with clients and internal teams to review project status, update stakeholders, and implement any necessary adjustments. • Ensure projects are delivered within scope, managing any scope creep by implementing change request processes when needed. • Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights and lessons learned, applying these learnings to future projects. • Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts, timelines, status reports, and project closeouts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within a creative agency or marketing/advertising environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and navigate client relationships.
- Familiarity with project management software (such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and tools for tracking progress and resources.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- A solid understanding of creative processes (design, marketing, media production) and how they impact project timelines.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing tight deadlines and high-priority projects.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
