• Lead the estimation process, defining project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for creative, graphic design, and web development projects (WordPress, WebFlow, etc.) • Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring all phases are accounted for — from concept to delivery • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget • Track team effort, project hours, and deliverables to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing specialists, ensuring smooth collaboration • Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals, timelines, and deliverables • Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance • Foster a positive work environment where team members can collaborate, solve problems, and grow professionally • Ensure optimal utilization of team members by assigning tasks based on skills, availability, and project needs • Identify potential project risks early on, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks • Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring projects stay on track • Ensure projects are executed efficiently and delivered within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines • Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables, ensuring they meet both client and internal expectations • Collaborate with internal teams to recommend optimal solutions that align with client objectives and add value to their business • Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies, especially concerning internal branding and Sigma Software’s identity.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing stakeholders and aligning team capabilities with client needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
- Proven track record of delivering projects aligned with business objectives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English WILL BE A PLUS
- Knowledge of design workflows and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience communicating effectively with design teams
