• Lead and support multiple concurrent ERP initiatives, including: UKG implementation phases (Analytics/DataHub, Advanced Scheduler), HRIS implementation, Workday Supply Chain module re-implementation. • Drive project execution across a portfolio of ~5 priority initiatives over the next 6 months. • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all assigned projects. • Operate within existing tools and platforms. • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon processes, timelines, and expectations.

• Project Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. • Data Maestro: Dive into project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, examining legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents. You'll be the go-to expert for all things data-related. • Mentorship and Guidance: Take on a leadership role by guiding and assisting junior staff. Ensure that project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, nurturing the next generation's talents. • Technical Guru: Utilize your engineering prowess to prepare a wide range of reports, opinions, and recommendations. From hydrology/hydraulic studies to project schedules and storm sewer reports, your technical skills will shine. • Construction Support: Provide essential construction-related services and direct junior team members. From permit applications to quantity estimates, you'll play a pivotal role in turning plans into reality. • Engineering Software Whiz: You'll be a pro with AutoCAD Civil 3D and various engineering software packages. Your expertise will ensure that assignments are completed on time and within budget. • Future-Ready: This role isn't just about today; it's about tomorrow. • Managing and monitoring project execution • Ensuring that the project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to the quality standards • Managing the relationship and expectations of the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle • Leading ongoing strategic conversations regarding the Product vision and backlog alignment • Developing and maintaining project control documents in accordance with enterprise project management methodologies • Developing high level and detailed project/sprint plans • Providing leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members • Preparing formal reports on the status and health of the IT projects • Communicating and reporting the project status, progress, issues, and risks to the Project Sponsor, Stakeholders, and Senior Management • Monitoring project quality, schedule and budget and facilitate actions to mitigate risk and address issues that arise • Facilitating risk and issue management for IT projects • Coordinating with Product Owners and communicating when their decisions impact the quality, schedule, or budget of the project • Facilitating project meetings as needed • Working closely with Agency Business Relationship Managers, Executive staff, and Delivery Center management to ensure project success

• Prepare for and participate in the Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives. • Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel. • Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for the purposes of requirements gathering and discovery. • Assist the client with facilitating any impact analysis to best determine the appropriate requirements to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. • Ensure all requirements are documented in the standard project templates and tools and then obtain approval from the Client before initiating builds. • Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposes. • Continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the project and report back to internal management and subject matter team members and the Client using weekly status reporting formats. • Assist with escalated client issues, member issues, project issues, etc. as identified or requested by the client through direct support or through the support of the Navitus subject matter experts assigned to the project. • Provide go-live support either through remote access, internal on-site access or client site access. This requires working on January 1st of each year and other non-business days as needed. • Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client. • Support other client related projects that require project management services. • Support internal department projects. • Provide mentoring and support to other team members. • Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs. • Perform other duties as assigned.
