Solution Engineer
Wishpond (TSXV:WISH)
• Partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design • Lead or support product demos for complex or up-market deals • Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions • De-risk deals by addressing technical concerns early in the cycle • Support CS and Implementation during onboarding and launch • Troubleshoot technical issues impacting adoption or outcomes • Ensure customers maximize value from AI agents and automation • Support renewals and expansions through technical validation • Act as a liaison between customers and Product • Surface product gaps, edge cases, and enhancement opportunities • Provide structured feedback informed by real-world usage • Support faster iteration through clear problem framing • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant
- Experience supporting SaaS products in a B2B environment
- A degree or diploma that contributes to the organization is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of implementation, onboarding, and adoption workflows
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Product
- Prior exposure to AI-powered or automation platforms strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to handle escalated issues and develop creative solutions for customers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to customers and constructive feedback to team members.
- Deeply committed to customer satisfaction, capable of fostering a service-first culture within the team.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of an additional language is an asset.
