• Coordinate across clients, installers, Operations, Sales, and Client Success, keeping all stakeholders aligned and accountable. • Drive projects forward with urgency and discipline, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. • Provide proactive, transparent updates — good or bad — with weekly client updates and regular internal reporting. • Log daily updates in Enertiv’s project management software to ensure full visibility and eliminate surprises. • Operate with full transparency, using systems and tools to create leverage, scale faster, and raise standards. • Always look for ways to do more with less by streamlining workflows, standardizing processes, and introducing efficiencies. • Direct and hold installation partners accountable to Enertiv’s quality, consistency, and safety standards. • Enforce QA and commissioning checklists, ensuring every deployment meets high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years managing complex field deployments, installations, or IoT/smart building projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments where urgency, adaptability, and ownership are essential.
- Prior experience working for or with American companies and clients; comfortable communicating directly with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Formal training in project management best practices; PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Advanced user of project management tools (Notion, Asana, Jira, or MS Project).
