• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle across multiple digital initiatives, from planning through delivery • Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables, reporting progress directly to the CEO • Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, development, and product to ensure alignment and productivity • Lead agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Identify and resolve blockers while optimizing workflows for efficiency, quality, and delivery speed • Partner with technical teams to assess requirements, feasibility, and execution trade-offs • Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, updates, escalations, and quality assurance
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in digital agencies or product studios, working across design and development
- Proven ability to deliver complex, end-to-end projects while managing multiple initiatives in parallel
- Experience working with US- and Canada-based clients
- Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level), both written and spoken, with strong daily reporting and stakeholder communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a high level of ownership
- Comfortable working remotely with consistent PST timezone overlap
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Shopify) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
- Background in digital marketing, UX/UI, or product strategy.
