• Work within a cross-functional data team to build scalable NLP and ML models • Work from end-to-end on live production pipelines. Not just modeling, not theoretical • Define the best approach to solve problems with ML. Build data and model pipelines • Test, validate, deploy, and monitor solutions for impact • Optimize models for production throughput and uptime requirements • Automate deployments, testing, and monitoring (MLOps)
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a Machine Learning Engineer, Algorithm Engineer, or similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, with strong experience in building production-ready ML code
- Solid foundation in machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and optimization
- Practical experience with deep learning or ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or related libraries (e.g., TRL for reinforcement learning or fine-tuning workflows)
- Familiarity with modern MLOps practices, including experiment tracking, model versioning, and deployment, using at least one platform such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker
- Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain tech

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Governance Lead (Level 3) to oversee and optimize our internal documentation ecosystem supporting our MDR operations. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining a single source of truth for all organizational documentation. Fire Protection Engineer

• Assist with the development of FLS code and standards analyses. • Provide guidance on the applicability of codes and standards to FAA facilities, its mission, and specific technical items encountered. • Provide FLS guidance to the FAA on program and Agency initiatives where the FLS program is a stakeholder. • Develop technical guidance on issues related to design and construction. • Assist with the development of standard specifications for installations at FAA facilities. • Assist with FLS programmatic planning initiatives, prioritization, and consultation regarding program direction and goals. • Authoring white papers, proposals, and analysis papers on any of the items above for distribution to FLS stakeholders. • Conduct comprehensive fire protection and life safety surveys of critical air traffic control facilities including airport traffic control towers (ATCT), terminal radar approach control (TRACON) facilities, in air route traffic control centers (ARTCC), and various other types of facilities supporting the FAA’s air traffic control mission. • Evaluate facility human element programs to address OSHA required Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, fire drills, and inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems. • Coordination of sites with customer on specific dates, locations, impacts to the facility, etc. • Develop and maintain a current schedule of CRA's at all times, with dates of visit, location, current status of CRA, team assigned, and other relevant information. • Provide additional CRA support as requested by AJW-23 Program Manager.
