Assistant Manager – Technology

• Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Flexcube in a large banking environment. • Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management processes are in place and followed. • Monitor and manage a large infrastructure inventory, including both cloud and non-cloud environments, with a focus on security and performance. • Identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure components. • Provide hands-on expertise in Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices. • Maintain a deep understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies and their applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support. • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation and support in a large banking environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team for Production Application Support, utilizing ITIL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Digital Banking platform and its applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices.
  • Proficiency in managing and monitoring large infrastructure inventories, including server management.
  • Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
  • Understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
