Senior Backend Developer – Next.js, Serverless

Zarego

• Join the team at Zarego to develop custom software solutions using Next.js and serverless architecture. • Work on challenging technical projects focused on backend development. • Engage with various APIs and databases to build robust applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and testing.

Job Requirements

  • Seniority: Senior (5+ years)
  • Proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with Next.js API routes and Vercel serverless functions.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL (ideally Vercel Neon).
  • Experience integrating authentication solutions such as Auth0 or similar.
  • Familiarity with Sanity.io (including: Schema design, Custom modules, API integration)
  • Experience with Jest for API and integration testing.
  • Advanced English (C1/C2)
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with recommendation systems.
  • Knowledge of CRON job scheduling.
  • Exposure to analytics pipeline implementation.
