Commercial Data Analyst, Junior

• Act strategically alongside the commercial/sales team, with the challenge of consolidating, analyzing and interpreting the main sales KPIs. • Consolidate and monitor key commercial KPIs, including pipeline, forecast, sales cycle, conversion rate, average deal value and performance by account portfolio. • Build, maintain and evolve management dashboards in Power BI, ensuring clarity, reliability and up-to-date data. • Perform critical analyses of the sales pipeline, identifying risks, opportunities and short-, medium- and long-term trends. • Support the preparation of sales forecasts, ensuring greater predictability and alignment with monthly and quarterly targets. • Prepare analytical materials for monthly results meetings, executive reviews and sales management routines. • Collaborate with sales leaders to translate data into clear, actionable strategic insights, supporting growth decisions, account prioritization and new business initiatives. • Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of commercial information, working on the standardization of indicators and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven logical reasoning.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Advanced Power BI, with experience creating dashboards and executive reports.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial KPIs, such as sales cycle, conversion rate, sales funnel, forecasting and pipeline.
  • Ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable strategic insights for the sales organization.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Preferred: Previous experience in commercial areas, sales or sales planning.
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce or similar).
