Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, No Coding

Karat

• Develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library • Produce Karat’s most complex interview coding questions, including the creation of extensive codebases and objective design exercises. • Partner with internal teammates in the development of new content formats that enable candidates to leverage generative AI during their interviews. • Utilize a variety of known and forthcoming AI tools to continuously iterate on Karat content.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ of post-academic experience as a software engineer, with demonstrated ability to program in a common programming language
  • Heavy, hands-on working experience using Agenetic AI tools
  • Experience working remotely with global teams
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience operating independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
  • Experience conducting technical interviews
  • Strong Leetcode, HackerRank, GitHub contribution history
  • Project, product, or program management experience
  • High-growth, quick-change startup experience.
