Motion Designer

Hire Overseas

• Design and animate **high-quality 2D motion graphics** for marketing, product, and storytelling initiatives • Create elements such as **kinetic typography, lower thirds, transitions, scene builds, and explainer visuals** • Support select projects with **light 3D animation, visual effects, or compositing** (using tools like Blender or Cinema 4D) • Translate static designs into **motion-ready assets** that enhance storytelling and user engagement • Contribute to **brand consistency and evolution** through motion design systems • Keep project files organized with proper naming conventions and export pipelines • Collaborate with **designers, video editors, and marketing teams** across creative campaigns • Manage feedback cycles efficiently and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines • Maintain strong communication and attention to detail throughout production

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience** in motion design, animation, or multimedia production
  • Expertise in **2D animation, layout, typography, and visual timing**
  • Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro**
  • Experience with **basic 3D workflows** (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools)
  • Strong design eye and understanding of **brand consistency and hierarchy**
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote setup
  • Comfortable iterating quickly and managing multiple projects simultaneously
