Partner Manager – Insurance Brokers

Eye Security

• You will recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing insurance broker partners in order to sell our Cyber Insurance solution in collaboration with insurance brokers. • You will serve as the primary point of contact for broker accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals. • You will provide the basis for successful collaboration and ongoing development of our business relationships with our partners. • From drafting contracts to closing deals, you provide professional support to our partners. • You will develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness. • You will present our solutions at trade fairs and events. • You will develop close and cooperative partnerships with your colleagues from Sales and Marketing.

Job Requirements

  • You are experienced in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships.
  • You have analytical skills and a solid strategic planning ability.
  • You have an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset and are a team player, striving to find solutions.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • You have strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • You are used to working with ambitious targets.
  • You have or would like to gain understanding of cybersecurity landscape and are able to integrate it into partner / client / service models.
  • You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time.
