• Align with global channel strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners, ensuring long-term success. • Build bespoke plans with focused partners to drive measurable growth. • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts to meet or exceed quota. • Execute partner programs, including: o Joint business planning o Pipeline reviews o Deal close plans • Drive partner enablement through training and coaching on strategic selling. • Foster strong relationships with distributors and resellers to accelerate growth. • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, regional marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure coordinated execution across markets. • Monitor and report on partner performance, ensuring compliance with program requirements. • Represent Foxit at regional partner events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales managing a vendor or channel ecosystem.
- Proven success in building sales in international markets.
- Deep understanding of EMEA regional dynamics and cultural variances.
- Strong business planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and coach partner teams effectively.
- Proven success in building strong relationships and partnerships.
- Self-motivated and competitive, with the ability to prioritize and manage demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Experience in SaaS or software solutions preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English, with Spanish and French strongly preferred.
