Engagement Manager
PragerU
• Owning a portfolio of 2000-2500 donors • Reaching out to new and existing donors primarily on the phone • Updating records to ensure key donors are being stewarded • Documenting donor efforts in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT (CRM system) • Liaising and coordinating with the broader in-house development team
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional work experience
- Background in fundraising is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing will also be considered
- Experience with a customer relationship management database preferred
- Superb verbal and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone
- Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
