Job Description

Engagement Manager

PragerU

• Owning a portfolio of 2000-2500 donors • Reaching out to new and existing donors primarily on the phone • Updating records to ensure key donors are being stewarded • Documenting donor efforts in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge/NXT (CRM system) • Liaising and coordinating with the broader in-house development team

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years of professional work experience
  • Background in fundraising is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing will also be considered
  • Experience with a customer relationship management database preferred
  • Superb verbal and interpersonal skills
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone
  • Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
