Director, Insights & Analytics

Antenna Group

• Define and champion a cohesive vision for delivery of custom insights and analytics, ensuring Antenna’s storytelling capabilities are increasingly accurate, compelling, and delivered efficiently • Evolve how stakeholders access Antenna data. You will build a scalable, user-friendly system, expanding beyond reusable SQL queries and BI dashboards and consider how to leverage GenAI interfaces and other technical solutions • Lead a high-performing team to deliver against key commercial objectives. You will own and operate the project and resource management system that fulfills ad-hoc requests for customers, sales, and marketing. Bonus: You’re an expert in Jira • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's impact and efficiency. You will use these insights to continuously optimize the project management system, refine workflows, and ensure the team's output directly supports evolving business goals • Build and mentor a unified team of multi-disciplinary analysts and technologists, fostering both technical and non-technical talent. • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal data access and delivery. As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for this workstream, you will partner with the VP of Product on overall strategy while owning the hands-on implementation for your domain • Partner with co-founders and leadership to proactively identify opportunities and build further capabilities in custom analytics across all Antenna data products • Act as a hands-on leader. While guiding the team towards long-term vision, you know when to plug into the day-to-day delivery of custom data, project management of the work queue, resource allocation and prioritization, and solution-building to ensure the team meets its immediate goals

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data roles, and 4+ years of experience with building solutions that improve data accessibility
  • You have a demonstrated ability to create and execute a long-term vision for a data delivery function, translating high-level business goals into a clear, actionable roadmap
  • You have both a deep expertise in client-facing analytics, and data systems and operational process building
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of distilling complex data concepts for technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and clients
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional partnerships across all levels and functions in an organization to deliver business impact
  • Advanced proficiencies in modern data stacks, generative AI, BI platforms, SQL, Python, etc so you can effectively lead and be hands on
  • Proven track record in building and scaling processes, project management frameworks, and leveraging KPIs to understand team performance
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring, retaining, growing multi-disciplinary talent
  • You have a deep interest and/or experience in the media and entertainment landscape. And, you thrive in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments.

Role Description Precisely’s Channel & Ecosystems team is expanding and we are looking for a talented senior manager to develop, grow and manage our strategic partnerships with the largest Data Cloud and ecosystem providers for our full portfolio of capabilities. This role will collaborate with the SVP of Channels & Ecosystems Sales as well as the CRO, COO, CTO, CPO and at times the CEO to negotiate partnership agreements in order to accelerate adoption of our capabilities by opening new customer segments and revenue sources. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of joint solution development, Market Places listings and transactions, Cosell, GTM, enablement and customer success pertaining to the strategic partnerships. This is a remote position anywhere in the US or Canada. - Establishing overall partnership business plan to with agreed joint scorecard metrics - Identifying and executing new strategic partnership agreements for your managed Technology partners - Launch joint technology solutions to Cosell to customers and drive revenue growth - Manage executive engagement and sponsorship for Precisely ELT and partner ELT. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement) - 8-10 Years of experience in developing and executing strategic partnership agreements with Technology partners - Deep knowledge of Confluent (Kafka ecosystem) and hands‑on experience driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Data & AI solutions. - Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and marketplace strategies, including transactable offers and private deals. - Project Management experience - Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment - Established relationships with C-suite executives (3+ years of demonstrated engagement) - Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
