• Build and optimize an AI-heavy VSL production workflow from end to end. • Transform a long, manual video creation process into a modular, rapid sprint. • Edit and assemble VSLs using AI-generated video, voiceovers, and assets. • Design reusable templates and systems for fast VSL iteration and scaling. • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align videos with conversion goals. • Continuously test, document, and improve AI-based video processes.

• Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, interviews, and mini-documentaries • Structure footage to support clear narrative arcs and engaging pacing • Incorporate b-roll, text overlays, transitions, and audio enhancements to strengthen storytelling • Collaborate with writers, producers, or clients to align on creative direction • Edit short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts • Repurpose long-form content into concise, high-impact clips • Add captions, jump cuts, sound effects, and music to increase retention and engagement • Manage editing timelines, versions, and project files with consistency • Take ownership of edits from rough cut through final delivery • Respond to feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity

• Scriptwriting and developing clear, engaging instructional scripts • Scheduling, shoot logistics, directing, and postproduction • Qualifies customer via a needs assessment process • Provides creative direction on production approaches • Manages total scope of production • Plans and executes logistical aspects of productions • Makes decisions impacting projects while adhering to company policies

• Scour live match feeds (Liga MX, MLS, Champions League, etc.) and long-form VAMOS productions to identify and produce 15-to-60-second social clips that will resonate with our community. • Partner with VAMOS talent and social team to ideate "social-first" segments during the pre-production phase of podcasts and shows. • Own the end-to-end post-production process, knowing how to re-edit for each social medium, optimizing for vertical safe zones, high-retention pacing, and platform-native aesthetics. • Produce and edit content that speaks natively to both English and Spanish-speaking audiences. • Provide "live-response" editing during major soccer windows, having the capability to make high-impact edits on the fly and have publication-ready clips before the final whistle. • Maintain a lightning-fast, organized archive of VAMOS content, ensuring the best "evergreen" moments are always ready for a throwback or trend-jack. • Assist with all phases of video production, short-to-long form, from idea conception, into pre-production, and finally through post-production & delivery as needed.
