We are a high-impact software and digital transformation firm. • For over 10 years, we have built technology-driven solutions powered by innovation, thanks to our team of nearly 300 talented #DaCoders. • You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your professional growth, work on diverse projects across multiple industries, and contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based infrastructures. • As a Senior API Engineer (.NET, GraphQL), you will take full ownership of mission-critical APIs, designing, building, and operating high-performance, scalable GraphQL and backend services running in production on Microsoft Azure. • You will be accountable for API performance, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, working closely with product, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure APIs support real business needs at scale.
Job Requirements
- Design, build, and own GraphQL APIs using C# .NET, optimized for performance and scalability.
- Define schemas, resolvers, and data access patterns for complex, distributed systems.
- Ensure best practices in API design, versioning, documentation, observability, and security.
- Take end-to-end ownership of APIs: from design and development to deployment and production support.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs and backend services.
- Optimize query execution, caching strategies, and data modeling.
- Deploy and operate distributed services on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams on monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
- Integrate APIs with event-driven workflows when required (Kafka or similar systems as supporting components).
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers.

- Senior-level profile with 5+ years of experience in backend or API engineering.
- Proven experience owning APIs in production environments.
- Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in C# .NET and the .NET ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience designing and operating GraphQL APIs.
- Solid understanding of API performance optimization and distributed systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, monitoring).
- Strong knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
