• Design, build, and maintain the documentation infrastructure and publishing pipelines, including versioned, gated internal and external sites. • Implement CI/CD checks for documentation quality, syntax, broken links, and build validation. • Enable interactive API documentation, code samples, and SDK integration for developer audiences. • Work with technical writers to integrate MDX/Markdown content, conditional output, and content reuse patterns. • Maintain and improve documentation build processes, templates, and tooling. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, build, or deployment issues for both internal and external documentation sites. • Support migration from legacy tools (e.g., RoboHelp) to modern docs platforms (e.g., Docusaurus, GitHub Pages, or similar). • Collaborate with engineers and DevOps to integrate documentation into development workflows. • Contribute to documentation standards, style guides, and best practices for docs-as-code.

• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and remediating security vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux server environments. • Supports the organizations security posture by ensuring timely identification, analysis, and remediation of vulnerabilities across middleware platforms. • Collaborates with the ITVM team to review weekly/biweekly scan reports, validate findings, and translate them into actionable remediation tasks. • Prepares detailed remediation plans including impact assessments, risk evaluations, timelines, and required resource coordination. • Executes configuration level hardening and applies vendor fix packs on middleware technologies such as JBoss, Tomcat, IBM Client, and WebSphere. • Ensures all remediation activities follow structured change management processes, maintaining system stability and preventing service disruptions. • Coordinates with cross functional teams including application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth implementation and validation. • Maintains comprehensive documentation for all remediation activities, configurations, approvals, and compliance requirements. • Monitors and prioritizes high severity vulnerabilities to meet organizational security SLAs and regulatory expectations. • Utilizes vendor support IDs to download patches, engage vendor support, and resolve complex middleware remediation issues. • Contributes to continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes through analysis, feedback, and proactive security hardening.

• Own the quantification, articulation, and executive-level justification of business value for DTN solutions. • Partner closely with Product Management, Sales Engineers, Sales, and Customer Experience to transform validated solution designs into clear, defensible business cases. • Apply a unified value engineering methodology across all DTN sectors while tailoring economic drivers to each platform’s unique customer outcomes. • Lead value-focused discovery conversations with economic buyers and senior stakeholders. • Facilitate value and business case workshops once solution scope is confirmed. • Present business cases to executive audiences in clear, credible, and outcome-oriented language. • Develop and maintain platform-level value frameworks across all DTN sectors.
