• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. • Engage with stakeholders, set expectations, and act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution. • Work closely with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth execution, identifying risks and mitigating challenges proactively. • Define project roadmaps, establish clear milestones, and manage project documentation to keep everyone aligned. • Ensure solutions follow industry standards, security compliance, and user-friendly design to drive adoption. • Provide clear direction, support your team, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, including end-to-end implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.
- Can manage multiple stakeholders, including executives, business teams, and technical teams.
- Experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange solutions, and Salesforce best practices.
- Excel at problem-solving and proactively mitigating risks.
- Even more better if you: Hold a Salesforce PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification.
- Have experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud implementations.

• Manage the implementation and installation processes for diagnostic instrumentation portfolio • Act as the single point of contact between the customer and BCI • Leading BCI resources to maintain schedule • Maintain all project related documentation • Provide post installation follow-up and issue resolution
