Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails
- Strong experience in large, mature, or legacy Rails applications
- Deep understanding of Rails conventions, ActiveRecord, and common Rails patterns
- Confident debugging and problem-solving skills in real-world codebases
- Experience deploying or supporting Rails apps on Heroku
- Ability to ramp up quickly and start delivering meaningful impact quickly
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who works well with distributed teams.
