Account Manager

• Own strategic account planning for a portfolio of global clients • Build deep understanding of clients’ clinical pipelines, regions, and future needs • Develop and execute account development plans focused on long-term growth and partnership • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize and scale their clinical supply chain • Identify opportunities to expand services across regions, trials, and lifecycle stages • Translate client strategy into clear internal action plans for Operations, QA, PM, and Finance • Anticipate risks, regulatory challenges, and capacity needs before they become issues • Lead regular account reviews, forecasts, and growth discussions with clients • Support onboarding of new studies, regions, and services as clients expand • Travel internationally when it supports relationship-building and account development
Job Requirements
- Experience owning client accounts, projects, or complex stakeholder relationships
- Solid understanding of clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chains
- Ability to think in terms of value, growth, and long-term partnerships
- Confidence discussing commercials, forecasts, and business impact with clients
- Strong communication skills across regions, cultures, and seniority levels
- Comfort working in international environments with multiple time zones
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
