Inside Sales Representative

One Identity

• Own and manage a book of business, driving opportunities from first contact through to close • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and partner-sourced opportunities • Qualify, progress, and close deals in line with defined sales and qualification criteria • Manage and prioritise inbound leads, converting interest into qualified opportunities and revenue • Support Account Executives with quoting, deal execution, and commercial coordination • Work with channel partners to support opportunities, pricing, and deal flow • Engage prospects via phone, email, social platforms • Research accounts to identify buying signals, key contacts, and tailored outreach opportunities • Use sales engagement tools to run consistent, scalable, and effective outreach cadences • Collaborate daily with sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximise impact • Track activity, pipeline, and performance in Salesforce and other sales tools

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an IT or SaaS sales environment
  • Proven ability to manage conversations across prospecting, qualification, and closing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer-centric mindset with genuine curiosity and a desire to learn
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Exposure to outbound prospecting, lead generation, or inside sales roles is highly regarded
  • Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach, or similar is a bonus.
