• Full performance ownership of the creator affiliate channel: Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding creators • Activating them quickly with clear expectations • Iterating based on what actually converts • Scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t • Creator outbound across relevant platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels • High-volume early, increasingly selective over time • Revenue accountability: You are responsible for MRR output and efficiency • Success is measured in dollars, not activity
